Our standard

How We Document Project Work

This is the template every Aizen Labs case study follows. We publish a case study only when the details are real and cleared for publication — never invented.

01

Project name

The project or engagement name, as agreed with the client.

02

Business problem

What was hard in the business before the work started — in the client's own terms where possible.

03

Proposed or delivered solution

What we built or implemented, and how it addressed the problem.

04

Key features

The capabilities that mattered most, described accurately.

05

Technology used

The actual platforms and tools involved.

06

Screenshots or demonstrations

Real screenshots or demos of the delivered work — with client permission. We never present stock images or mockups as project screenshots.

07

Current status

Delivered, in development, pilot, or maintenance — stated honestly.

08

Verified business outcomes

Measurable results only where verified and permitted. No invented statistics, dates, or testimonials.

Our rule: if a detail isn't confirmed, it appears as a marked placeholder — or the case study isn't published yet.
