How do engagements start?
With a conversation: you describe the problem, we ask questions, and we tell you honestly whether we can help. If it's a fit, we agree requirements, scope, and priorities in writing before work starts — our process is Discover → Plan → Design → Build → Deploy → Improve.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope. We work project-by-project and quote after understanding what you need. Use the contact form to describe your project and we'll discuss budget honestly — including telling you if a simpler approach would serve you better.
How long do projects take?
Timelines depend on scope and on how ready your data and requirements are. A focused dashboard engagement and a multi-phase ERP implementation are very different undertakings. We'll give you a realistic timeline during planning — not a sales estimate.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. Much of our retail and BI work is with small and mid-sized businesses — including agricultural input dealers, where our ERP direction is focused.
Where are you based, and do you work remotely?
We operate from Pakistan [city/region to confirm] and work with clients remotely. Project communication happens over email and video calls.
Will our data stay confidential?

Are your free online tools really free?
Yes. The free tools run entirely in your browser, require no sign-up, and are free to use. They're funded by advertising.
Do you provide ongoing support?
Where agreed, yes — the “Improve” stage of our process covers support and enhancements after deployment. Terms are agreed per engagement.
