Privacy Policy

Effective date: 20 October 2026 [TO CONFIRM]

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Aizen Labs ("we", "us"). For the purposes of this policy:

  • Legal entity name: [TO CONFIRM]
  • Contact for privacy inquiries: [TO CONFIRM] (currently: contact@aizenlabs.work)

2. What we collect

Information you send us. If you contact us — currently by email, including via the contact form which opens your own email client — we receive whatever you choose to include: your name, email address, company, and project details. We do not operate accounts, newsletters, or comment systems, and the free tools on this site run entirely in your browser without sending your inputs anywhere.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data needed to serve pages (such as IP addresses, requested pages, and timestamps in server logs). This is standard hosting diagnostics, not a tracking program.

3. How we use it

We use information you send us solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the agreed work. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

4. Cookies & tracking

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and includes no advertising or tracking scripts. See our Cookie Policy. If this changes in the future (for example, when advertising is introduced on the free-tools pages), this policy will be updated first.

5. Sharing & transfers

We share inquiry information only where necessary to respond to you — for example, with our email provider when you email us. Pages are served by our hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.), which processes technical data to deliver the site. We do not disclose your information to other third parties except where required by law.

6. Retention

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, then delete or archive them. Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider's standard practices.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable steps to protect information we hold, but no internet transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights & requests

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your inquiry. Contact us at the address in section 1. We will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Legal context

We operate from Pakistan. As of the effective date above, Pakistan has no comprehensive personal data protection law in force: the Personal Data Protection Bill has remained in draft form since around 2018 and has not been enacted by Parliament. The Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 (as amended) is in force and contains criminal provisions relevant to unauthorized access to and misuse of data, but it is a cybercrime statute, not a privacy framework. We follow the practices described in this policy as a matter of good practice, not as a claim of compliance with any specific data-protection regime. This policy does not claim GDPR compliance; the site is not specifically directed at the EU/EEA, though we respect deletion and correction requests from anyone.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website evolves (for example, if a form backend, analytics, or advertising is introduced). The effective date at the top will change, and material changes will be noted here.
